It's normal for the status to stay on “Information received” until the package is processed further. Updates about your shipment will appear at the bottom of the page once the package is on its way.

Our pieces fit true to size. In doubt between two sizes? For coats and cardigans we recommend the larger size, so there is room for a sweater underneath. You can always send us a message for personal advice.
